OCTANE is a secure, neutral environment—hosted for a specific government community and operated by Antillion that lets mixed teams integrate systems and test under realistic conditions to produce evidence before live trials.
Inside OCTANE, teams can use the Calnex NE-ONE emulator to model Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) conditions with control and repeatability. The TDMA Mesh capability emulates slotting and queueing behaviours typical of time-division tactical links, allowing latency, jitter, and loss patterns to be reproduced without a radio environment. This enables realistic pre-deployment trials at lower cost and higher fidelity across maritime today—and naturally into air, land, and multi-domain contexts.
