Our Westcott facility operates within a 45-acre solar park powered by nearly 21,000 panels, allowing us to run within a carbon-neutral environment. This renewable infrastructure reflects our commitment to sustainable operations. We also prioritise UK-based manufacturing and suppliers to minimise transportation emissions and support a secure, resilient domestic supply chain.
We support our small, mostly remote team through continuous learning, flexible working, and access to natural surroundings at our offices. Antillion promotes mental wellbeing, offers an Employee Assistance Programme, and upholds human rights across our operations. We engage actively with the UK Defence community through industry showcases and forums to collaborate, share expertise, and improve.
